Knowledgeable Sales Staff
Donna Johnson
Donna founded Johnson’s Medical in 1978 with her husband Ed. She has completed numerous successful projects and has come to be trusted as a hard-working, knowledgeable salesperson who puts the best interest of the customer first. She finds her greatest joy in helping others succeed and in spending time with her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Steve Johnson
Steve has been with Johnson’s Medical since 1998. His responsibilities have included service and installation management, new product development, sales, and business management. Steve enjoys working with customers to find solutions to challenging problems. Steve is a proud father of four, a neighborhood-renowned chef, and a sandbagging marksman.
David McKinnon
David has been with the Johnson’s Medical team since 2010. He enjoys working in a learning environment where he can provide products that help lead to successful patient outcomes. David spends far too much time and money on his 1978 Toyota Landcruiser FJ40. David holds a bachelor’s degree from BYU and an MBA degree from Cal Poly.
Mike Danielson
Mike is a Wisconsin native who helps cover the Colorado territory. He moved to Colorado in sales management with Medtronic. Mike started Peak Medical Systems in 1993 and joined forces with Johnson’s Medical in 2017. Mike is an avid Colorado professional sports fan, bad golfer and enthusiastic traveler.
Doug Goldstein
Doug joined the Johnson’s Medical team in 2018. He received his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of Colorado. Want to learn how to jump high? Talk to Doug. Doug covers the Colorado territory.
Mitch Curtis
Mitch Curtis started with Johnson’s Medical in 2021. Mitch has extensive OR experience, having spent many years with Biomet and Arthrex. Mitch covers the northern Idaho, Montana and Wyoming territories. Mitch and his wife Wendy have six kids, three grandkids and twelve horses. Mitch is an experienced whitewater rafting guide, a backcountry skiing junkie, and a determined farrier for many ornery horses throughout Idaho.
Jeremy Moore
Jeremy started with Johnson’s Medical in 2023. After a 22-year career in durable medical equipment with Apria Healthcare, including hospital-based sales; he relishes the opportunity to provide solutions to acute care settings in procuring hospital beds representing Umano Medical throughout Utah and southwest Idaho. A native of Washington, having lived in California for 32 years, he finally came to his senses and relocated back to the Pacific Northwest and calls Boise, Idaho home. An avid golfer, hiker and river tuber, Jeremy also looks forward to picking up a saxophone again after a 30-year hiatus.
Experienced Service Technicians
Shawn Andrus
Shawn has been with Johnson’s Medical since 2009. Along with servicing our specialized equipment, Shawn has enjoyed managing our large install projects and providing our customers with custom solutions to their individual needs. When he is not in the field managing a project installation or trouble-shooting equipment, he enjoys the outdoors with his family and coaching baseball, softball and basketball.
Thai Schmoekel
Thai has been with Johnson’s Medical since 2021. If you want him to talk your ear off, ask him about Milwaukee power tools and fireworks.
Eduardo Patino
Eduardo has been with our team since 2020. He eats a lot of calories, then burns them off at the gym. He loves family gatherings. He enjoys working at Johnson’s Medical because of the family feel.
Josh Parkinson
Josh has been with Johnson’s Medical since 2015. He enjoys working hands-on with specialized equipment. He spends his free time following the Chicago Cubs, playing “competitive” softball and spending time with his wife and dogs.
Iam Montgomery
Iam has worked with our team since 2015. He enjoys the people he works with, both coworkers and customers alike. He specifically enjoys the teamwork and synergy found on our team. He enjoys spending time with his family watching movies or taking road trips.
Luis Patino
Luis has been with Johnson’s Medical since 2017. He enjoys working side-by-side with contractors and clinicians. When not working, you can find him dancing with his wife to salsa music, or you can find him in the mountains biking and kayaking.
Zack Hawkins
Zackery Hawkins is an MSU Graduate who has been working with Johnson’s Medical since 2017. He works along side his father James to provide service and expertise across Colorado and Wyoming. In his free time he is an avid bowler and works on restoring classic cars.
James Hawkins
James has been with Johnson’s Medical since 2017, coordinating customer service in the Colorado and Wyoming regions. He has over sixteen years of experience serving the healthcare and laboratory communities and delights in providing solutions and peace of mind for his customers. James enjoys finding new challenges and problem-solving complex equipment repairs. In his spare time, he can be found hiking various mountain trails in the Colorado Rockies or tinkering around in his multimedia studio.
Ed Johnson
Ed started Johnson’s Medical in 1978. He has a firm belief that if a business puts ethics and customer-service first, they can truly be successful. Ed enjoys spending time at his grandchildren’s activities–everything from baseball to ballroom dancing and marching band performances.
Office Management
Allison Johnson
Allison has been with Johnson’s Medical since 1995. She has worked in both the customer service and accounting departments. She enjoys needlework, singing, playing horseshoes, and traveling with her family.
Amy Jepperson
Amy started at Johnson’s Medical in 2018. She loves spending time with her family. She also loves being in the mountains or the ocean, especially on her paddle board.
